Last updated: 3rd September 2026
These Guidelines cover the products operated by Zenaclub Tech (OPC) Private Limited —
What Heart Says and Zena Astro. They apply to anything you write, upload or send through
our products, and to how you behave towards other people on them. They form part of our
Terms of Use.
1. Content You Create
Our products let you write personal messages and upload images. You are responsible for
what you put in them. Do not create or send content that:
- Harasses, threatens, bullies or demeans anyone
- Attacks a person or group over religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic
- Is sexually explicit, or sexualises a minor in any way
- Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity
- Impersonates someone else in order to mislead or deceive the recipient
A card is delivered to a real person. Content that would be abusive or frightening to
receive is not permitted, even as a joke.

- Do not upload intimate or private images of another person
- Do not use our products to stalk, track or pressure anyone
3. Copyright
- Only upload images, music or text you own or have permission to use

4. Conduct During Consultations
Applies to Zena Astro, where you speak with an astrologer:
- Treat astrologers with respect. Abuse, threats or sexual advances are not tolerated.
- Astrologers must not offer medical, legal or financial advice, promise guaranteed outcomes, or pressure anyone into further purchases.
- Readings are for guidance and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial help.
- Do not ask for or share contact details to move a consultation off the platform.
5. Platform Integrity
- Do not attempt to break, probe or reverse-engineer our systems
- Do not use our products for spam, phishing, scams or fraudulent payments
- Do not abuse the reporting process, or create accounts to evade a restriction
6. Enforcement
Depending on what happened and how serious it is, we may:
- Remove the content
- Issue a warning or restrict certain features
- Suspend or permanently close the account
- Report the matter to law enforcement where the law requires it
Minor or clearly unintentional breaches usually get a warning first.
